It is rather an intention, than just an optimistic view: to allow music to act as a source of revival, light and hope- regardless of the season, the circumstances or the external reality.
“Spring all the year round” means hope, revival, a dialogue with the world. In an era that stability is not granted, we can see music act as a reference point, as a connecting point that keeps us in contact with what is essential and brings us together just as spring following winter isolation.
