Parnassos Literary Society

The Baroque style (approximately 1600–1750) is a period of artistic and architectural creativity characterized by excessive detail, intense movement, dramatic contrasts (light and shadow / chiaroscuro), rich color, and grandeur designed to inspire awe. It originated in Rome and spread throughout Europe, expressing power and emotion, and later evolved into a more lighthearted Rococo style. Four artists invite the audience to discover its richness and unique charm!
